We are an Adult only Inn. Guests must be 18 years old and up.
Each room comfortably accommodates 2 adults. Guests are not allowed to exceed the declared room capacity.
When a reservation is booked, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged to the credit card provided.
Cancellations & No Shows
Reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours in advance of the arrival date, and deposits will be fully refunded up until that time.
Payment is non-refundable after the 48-hour period. This same policy applies to No Shows.
Forms of payment
We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Cards- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Debit Cards. We are unable to accept Cash or Checks.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm (or after) on the day of arrival.
You will receive two separate pass codes, one to the front entrance and one to your selected room via email the day before your arrival. If you do not receive your email with your pass codes or have any other issues, you may contact us by email at email@example.com, phone or text at 580-387-9026.
Check-out time is 11:00 am on the day of departure.
Only available for multiple day stays. We will only refresh towels & toiletries upon request.
Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10:00pm to preserve a relaxing environment for other guests.
We are currently unable to accommodate pets of any kind. We apologize for any inconvenience!

Room Damage/Missing Items/Excessive Cleaning
If rooms are damaged or left extremely dirty during a stay, guests will be charged the amount it costs to replace the damaged item + 50/hr. labor fees to return the room to its original state. This includes missing/damaged remotes, bedding, towels, TVs, appliances, fixtures, furniture, doors, lights, mirrors, etc.
We are a small family-run business and have created a space to be enjoyed and respected. As we will do our best to serve you please return the courtesy.
Smoking, e-cigarettes, candles:
For the comfort and safety of our guests The Pennington is an entirely Smoke-free facility. Violation of this policy will result in a $100 charge to the credit card on file if any type of smoking or candle burning occurs in your room during your stay.
We are not responsible for accidents or injuries that occur during your stay.
Items left behind:
We are not responsible for lost or left behind items. If you do lose or leave behind an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 580-387-9026.
Rates/Policies are subject to change and may vary during high demand season, holidays and special events.
We respect the privacy of all of our guests, and are committed to protecting it. We do not share your private information.
